This is another Christmas nail art. I'm sorry it took me a little longer to post another Christmas nail design. I broke 3 of my nails during my recent out of town trip and I needed to trim them all to its shortest. I got really disappointed. But a promise is a promise, right? I did say I will post another Christmas nail art before the 25th.
This nail design is inspired by a small Christmas tree my sister gave me for my mini studio. It's just 1 foot tall and simply decorated with small Christmas balls. It also has lights that blinks and turns into different colors. It's small enough to fit any desk and is battery operated. Thanks sis, its the only Christmas decoration I have inside my mini studio. :)
I decided to keep this Christmas nail design simple by having 2 accent nails and leaving the rest of my nails in plain colors. I painted a Christmas Tree just like what my sister gave me in my ring fingers!
Here's how my Christmas tree inspired nail art turned out:
Christmas tree nail art by Simply Rins!
I used Etude House WH002 as base color for my ring fingers and China Glaze Ruby Pumps for my other nails. Both in 2 coats. I really do love Ruby Pumps! This is absolutely perfect for the holidays!
"Look Ma, there's a Christmas tree on my nail!"
I painted a simple Christmas tree shape and used a star-shaped rhinestone and microbeads to decorate it. I think this is an easy to do design which nail art beginners could also try and enjoy making.
Both accent nails share the same design.
The beauty of a Christmas tree is that it becomes an expression of creativity and imagination. There must be more than a hundred ways of decorating a Christmas tree making each tree that you see unique. In our country, we only have synthetic Christmas trees. I would love to see a decorated actual fir tree.
"Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree ..."
I'll be going out of town again within the week but I'll try to post another Christmas nail art or perhaps something for the new year before the week ends.
Merry Christmas everyone! :)
