Nail Art: Bridesmaid

One of my closest friends is getting married next month and her entourage fit their gowns last weekend. Her motif is a combination of purple, sage green, and silver. So during our (my mother and I) nail salon day, I decided to play around with these colors for my nails.

Nail Art - Bridesmaid 01
This is composed of a layer of base coat, 2 coats of Orly Velvet Rope, 2 coats of Dashing Diva Rosario Pistacio, and a layer of top coat.

I used Konad m64 image plate for the stamping nail art design. Purple polish used for stamping is Orly Velvet Rope. Apple green polish used for stamping is Dashing Diva Rosario Pistacio. I added some rhinestones as highlights.

Eeeek! My skin looks really dry in these pictures!

  1. I love the colours on this one!

  2. good day :O)
I am new to this art. And i would like to know how you have made the designs. Are they stencils? air brush, stamp? hand made ...
    thank you
    have happy holidays

  3. Hi, Cami!

This particular design was done using stencils. You can actually buy image plates with various designs. The images are then transferred to your nails using a stamper. For more info, do check out my post on stamping nail art here:
